Hitbot Z-EFG-FS – Compact Electric Parallel Gripper for Precision Handling

The Hitbot Z-EFG-FS is a compact 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for precision automation tasks requiring fast response, high repeatability, and reliable operation. Its lightweight construction and compact footprint make it ideal for integration with collaborative robots, desktop robots, and space-constrained automation systems.

Featuring a fixed 8 mm stroke and adjustable gripping force from 8 to 20 N, the Z-EFG-FS is optimized for handling small and delicate components weighing up to 0.3 kg. The rack-and-pinion transmission combined with a cross-roller guide ensures smooth motion, excellent rigidity, and repeatability of ±0.02 mm.

Powered by a servo motor and operating on 24 VDC, the gripper achieves a one-way stroke time of just 0.1 seconds, enabling fast cycle times in pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, and laboratory automation applications. Despite its performance, it weighs only 0.3 kg, minimizing the impact on robot payload capacity.

Compatible with Universal Robots, Aubo robots, and other collaborative robot platforms, the Z-EFG-FS offers easy integration into modern automation environments.
