Hitbot Z-EFG-80 – Long-Stroke Electric Parallel Gripper for Versatile Automation Tasks
The Hitbot Z-EFG-80 is a high-performance 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for applications that require an extended gripping range, precise positioning, and reliable operation. Equipped with a servo motor, rack-and-pinion drive, and ball guide rail system, it delivers smooth motion and consistent performance in demanding industrial environments.
Featuring an adjustable stroke of 80 mm and adjustable gripping force from 15 to 50 N, the Z-EFG-80 can handle a wide variety of components weighing up to 0.5 kg. Its repeatability of ±0.02 mm ensures highly accurate and repeatable gripping, making it ideal for assembly, machine tending, inspection, and pick-and-place applications.
The gripper achieves a one-way stroke time of just 0.5 seconds, helping maximize productivity in automated processes. Powered by 24 VDC and consuming only 12 W, it combines energy efficiency with reliable performance while maintaining a compact footprint of 98 × 38 × 108 mm and a weight of only 0.85 kg.
