Technical Information The Hinson SLR10-21000 is a robust single-point TOF laser distance sensor designed for accurate distance measurement in industrial automation, material handling, and machine control applications. Offering a measurement range of 0.05 m to 10 m at 90% reflectivity and 1 mm resolution, it delivers reliable object detection and positioning with ±20 mm absolute accuracy and ±10 mm repeatability. The sensor operates at a high 144 kHz measurement frequency, ensuring fast response times and consistent performance in dynamic environments. Housed in a compact IP65-rated enclosure, the SLR10-21000 provides excellent resistance to dust and moisture, making it suitable for demanding industrial installations.
Software, Interfaces, and Integration The SLR10-21000 supports CANopen communication, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, industrial controllers, AGVs, and automation systems. Two configurable NPN/PNP digital outputs allow direct implementation of switching and monitoring functions, while integrated setup buttons simplify commissioning and parameter adjustment. Operating from a wide 10-30 VDC power supply, the sensor can be quickly integrated into both new and existing machine architectures, reducing installation effort and development times
