Technical Information The Hinson LE-50821FA is a premium 2D TOF LiDAR sensor designed for advanced environmental perception in mobile robotics and industrial automation. Featuring a full 360° scanning angle and a detection range of up to 50 m, it delivers reliable obstacle detection, localization, and mapping performance. With an industry-leading 0.018° angular resolution, 600 kHz measurement frequency, and 1 mm measurement resolution, the sensor generates highly detailed point cloud data for precise navigation. The device offers ±20 mm absolute accuracy, <10 mm repeatability, and multi-echo technology to improve performance in complex environments. Software, Interfaces, and Integration The LE-50821FA supports TCP/UDP Ethernet communication and is equipped with 6 NPN digital inputs and 4 NPN digital outputs for flexible integration into AGVs, AMRs, autonomous forklifts, PLCs, and robot control systems. The sensor provides 64 configurable obstacle avoidance channels, each supporting multiple detection zones for enhanced safety monitoring. Adjustable scan speeds from 10 Hz to 30 Hz, configurable sampling settings, real-time data transmission, and multi-echo processing simplify deployment in SLAM, navigation, and automation applications
